Making an Herbal Infusion

This is nothing more than making an herb tea though the term infusion is often associated with a medicinal tea. To make an infusion you need:

3 teaspoons freshly chopped or 1 teaspoon dried herb to each pint (2 cups) boiling water. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain tea into tea pot or other container, pour into a cup and sip or administer by tablespoonful as needed.
