Cranberry

Cranberry juice really does help to fight a urinary tract infection and a glass a day may well prevent urinary tract infections all together. There are three reasons. First the high acidity of cranberry juice tends to kill off bacteria. Second, the juice itself helps to wash bacteria from the urinary tract and finally, it is loaded with Vitamin C, another infection fighter.
More Data:
In research in both mice and humans, scientists have found that cranberry juice seems to prevent certain types of bacteria from clinging to the inside of the bladder and urinary tract.
