Clover

Red Clover: Red Clover tea soothes general respiratory irritations such as hoarseness, colds, coughs, and all troubles pertaining to the lungs, windpipe, and bronchial tubes.
To make Clover Tea, simply place a good handful of dried clover blossoms in a 1-quart glass jar (the size of a common mayonnaise jar), add boiling water, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes. Pour the tea through a strainer into a teapot or other container. The longer you let the blossoms steep, the stronger the tea. I've found that 10 minutes creates a nice tea that's not strong enough to be bitter.
Most herb shops have dried clover blossoms by the pound but if you live in the country, you know where to find a clover field. In some cases you need go no further than your own lawn.
Good health to you, Sakara (A surprisingly good tea.)
