dear sakara, i'm having problems w/my 14 yr old son i dont know whats going on w/him its somethig to do w/ school could you please enlighten me with the situation his dob is 2/13/86 will he pass his grade?

The following cards appear for you:
The first card to appear for your son is the Ace of Cups. Ace's always mean new beginnings and the Cups are the suit of romance and friendship. It is quite possible your son is experiencing his first real crush with all the doubts and insecurity that go with this. Has he mentioned a girl in his life?
His second card is Judgment. Somewhere in the course of this school year, your son received some very bad grades, grades in a class he finds most difficult. This bad test score or the grade he got on an assignment really discouraged him, almost to the point of giving up. You are advised to schedule time with his teachers if you can, not to punish him but to find out how to help him. Maybe he could get a tutor or be allowed makeup work before the school term ends. He does run a risk of failing, but there's still time if someone helps him.
His third card is the Two of Cups. This stands for friends and this stands for peer pressure. Unfortunately, your son's age is the time when peer pressure is most formidable. Trying to keep him from his friends would be counterproductive. He would rebel and pull further away from you. This will not enable you to help him. The best thing to do during this time of your son's life is to help him any way you can but understand that peer pressure and rebellion are part of his growth process.
There is not a parent on the planet who has not had to endure this stage (myself included). In most cases the child gets through this stage successfully. But your intervention is required with the school, here you can truly help.
