Hi Sakara how are you ? Well my question is courtcase coming up Nov 7,2000 in regards to my worker comp who have made a error within the last 5 months.They owe me backpaid within those months due there paperwork error.I've been struggling over a time of period I have gotten behind my bills and be moving house to house on tempory basic.Just hoping and praying that my outcome will be in my favor.Hopefully to begin a new beginnig of this morbid period. Follow-up on 11/7/2000: Hi Sakara I just wanna to let you know that I did win my court case.Everything when well and I just have to wait for my money within 25 days in the mail.The only thing that bother me was the defendant lawyer when he sign my papers. He kept staring at me when I left. But I guess he was upset because the judge was in my favor and they had to paid all the penalties of 20% instead of 10%.
