Sakara gave this response on 3/24/2000: Dear Anonymous,

The following cards appear for you:

Your first card is the Five of Rods. This card stands for legal proceedings, the law and the court. It tells of fierce competition. It also says that disputes may be turned to advantage.

Your second card is The Emperor. In the Tarot deck the Emperor stands for authority, most common someone in the legal profession, an attorney.

Your third card is The Chariot, a card of victory and control of a situation.

Following the Five of Rods, the cards have placed the delay within the legal system, literally between the attorneys. Litigation can be a time consuming process, but since The Emperor appears before your third card, The Chariot, the cards are saying your attorney is on your side. There is no trickery here, but it is still advised to stay in contact. A weekly contact might be beneficial. Your attorney shows to be a busy man and perhaps a regular, gentle push, is called for. Your third card, The Chariot, also stands for success and triumph over difficulties. The case will be settled in your favor. But at the same time the cards say this: they stress the value of self-assertion, of taking "hold of the reins". This reinforces the message to stay in the game. Do not turn all over to the attorney and just wait. Keep asking, keep prodding. Finally, The Chariot only stops for a little while. In other words, your life is moving on and this entire legal issue will soon be over. A rough estimate is three months, possibly sooner.
